Ady Suleiman - Reggae Sunshine With A Touch Of English Rain

This British singer both harks back to the past and breaks new ground with his soulful work. His love for the golden era of reggae is clear, and he blends his influence with elements of R&B and hip-hop to create a unique, warm listening experience enjoyable for anyone. His incredible voice has to be heard to be believed in concert, with tracks like 'State of Mind', 'Need Somebody to Love' and 'Running Away' even more sensational sung from the stage.

Ady Suleiman Biography

Born in Grantham, Suleiman was first spotted on BBC Introducing Nottingham, and national attention soon followed - 'Running Away' was picked up by Huw Stephens and aired on BBC Radio 1. That won him invitations to perform at festivals such as Glastonbury, Wireless and Bestival, and his live audiences grew and grew. He's not just a solo artist though - he also writes for other artists and guests on some innovative material. He's appeared on Donnie Trumpet & The Social Experiment's album Surf on tracks like 'Rememory' with Erykah Badu or 'Slip Slide' featuring the likes of Busta Rhymes.

The half-Tanzanian half-English musician brings a refreshing approach to reggae, thanks to a good touch of hip-hop and R&B on the side. Don't miss a chance to hear this heartwarming, musical blend of roots and modern culture.
