In 2022 Ian Hunter's long term backing Band, The Rant Band, invited legendary singer songwriter, Alejandro Escovedo, to join them in a night's celebration of Ian Hunter's rich musical legacy at New York's reknowned The Winery.
Due to public demand, they ended up playing three sold out nights and early in 2023 played an additional two nights in Texas, this time adding to their repertoire by including a performance of Mott The Hoople's cherished 1973 "Mott" album, the album which spawned the hit singles, "All The Way From Memphis" and "Honaloochie Boogie" as well as the standards, "Ballad Of Mott", "Violence" and "I Wish I Was Your Mother".
This Spring, the show comes to Europe for four shows. Demand is bound to be high
