Based in London but born in Oldham, 22 year old Andy Goodwin soaks up the experiences of his life and pours it all into his songwriting. Inspired by iconic bands such as Blur, The Stone Roses and The Libertines, as well as the lyricism and day-to-day poeticism of more recent greats including The Streets, Bakar and King Krule, Andy describes his music and lyrics as “a beautiful combo of the bands I grew up on and this kinda soft lad poetry you can imagine reading on the back of a beer mat”.
