David A. Jaycock has released his mysterious, atmospheric and evocative music on respected underground labels such as Blackest Rainbow, and Static Caravan. He is a BBC2 folk award-nominated guitarist/composer releasing records mainly within the folk/electronic/psych genres. He has long been something of an outlier, his music skirting the periphery of folk and 1970s English baroque pop. Too conceptual to be trad, too tuneful to be avant-garde, his is a music of the edge-lands, situated somewhere between Michael Chapman and Robyn Hitchcock. David made two excellent, critically acclaimed albums with Marry Waterson on which she did most of the singing while he provided the beautiful and subtle musical backdrop. Jaycock has also recorded with James Yorkston who called him ‘a great English outsider.’

‘An outstanding guitarist’ – The Guardian
‘Truly beautiful, strange and unique.’ - **** MOJO

REN LAWTON’s 2017 debut release ‘A Calling From The Shore’ reflects an adventurous and searching period of time living out of his van around the UK and Europe. Born in London's East End to Irish and Liverpudlian parents, Ren now calls Newcastle home and it's fair to say that his song writing has been forged in working communities where story telling is an art form. It's clear that audiences have really connected with Ren’s yearning for exploration and gritty storytelling as ‘A Calling From The Shore’ has received over a million streams since its release as well as having being played on regional and national radio stations including Amazing Radio and BBC6 music.
