    dutchkid was born when South African singer-songwriter and bassist Jordi van Dyk relocated to London, where he met keyboardist Pete Coggan, Ableton guru Chris Smyth and drummer Jack Kircher. With their diverse professional backgrounds in film & design as well as music, they have crafted an intensely unique live show.

    The independent collective’s debut EP Empires has racked up over 1 million streams in the 3 months following release, reaching #1 in Lebanon, organic placements on Spotify’s “New Music Friday,” Apple Music’s “New Artist Spotlight of the Month: Sep 2018,” airplay on BBC Introducing London, and televised interviews on London Live.
