PLEASE NOTE:

• This is a seated event and sold as General admission 2,4 or 6 tickets – NO STANDING OR DANCING. The rule of 6 or 2 households apply.
• Guests need to arrive together for each table at least 15 minutes before kickoff. Arrival after this time may result in no admittance and forfeiting your table.
• Movement between seats is strictly prohibited
• You must remain in your seated area
• Food & drinks service will be via the venue QR code on the table*
• Face Coverings to be worn AT ALL TIMES unless seated
• Social distancing must be maintained in line with UK Government Guidance 
• No refunds will be issued

• A Risk assessment carried out and shared with all stake holders
• All events are running at a reduced capacity
• The Venue has been deep cleaned and is well ventilated
• A rigorous cleaning schedule implemented for all events and day to day operations
• All staff undergo a reinduction process and training on Covid Secure measures
• Additional staffing onsite to assist with smooth entry to the venue and assistance to your area
• Introduced a Boiler Shop QR barcode for Track and trace alongside the NHS app
• Staggered entry times for guests in order to maintain social distancing outside the venue
• Hand Sanitiser is available in all areas for our staff and at the Entry/Exit points for guests
• We encourage all of our guests to practice regular hand washing techniques and follow the onsite guidance and staff instructions
• All Payments within the venue are contactless and Table / area service will be in operation
• Additional visual aids are in place displaying covid-19 messages

Currently we do not operate a cloakroom in the venue and we ask you to limit what belongings you need for the event
