"Imagine the electric guitar severed from cliché and all of its physical limitations, shaping a bold new musical language." - (City Newspaper, USA)

Austrian ambient artist Christian Fennesz joins us for a very rare London show.

Using guitar and computer to create shimmering, swirling electronic sound of enormous range and complex musicality, Fennesz' lush and luminant compositions are anything but sterile computer experiments.

His legendary album with Ryuchi Sakamoto, Cendre, showcased his sensitive, telescopic recordings and inherent naturalism, and with a new album in the offing this year we should hear plenty of new material in our latest showcase with The Wire magazine.

Joining him on the bill is King Midas Sound's Kiki Hitomi, who will be bringing the Enka-inspired reggae sounds from her debut solo album, Karma No Kusari.
