Following the release of their standout singles My Honest Face and It Wont Always Be Like This the quartet continue to gain champions and fans alike including notable support from Radio 1 with a Jack Saunders Track of Week, Radio X Record of the Week, Virgin Radio Record of the Week and daytime playlist addition as well as backing from BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC Radio 2 alongside earning coveted placements in notable Spotify and Apple playlists, across the globe.

Honing their live performance with a slew of impressive support slots and festival dates this summer including Neighbourhood Weekender, TRNSMT, Truck Festival and Boardmasters alongside Noel Gallagher, Courteeners, Blossoms, the foursome today announce their debut 14-date headline tour for this autumn.

Commencing in Cork, Ireland late September the tour will see INHALER head to Galway, their hometown of Dublin and Belfast before hitting to Scotland to play King Tuts Wah Wah Hut and then a string of dates playing Nottingham, Brighton, Birmingham, London and Bristol.

Speaking to NME about their upcoming tour, frontman Eli Hewson describes...

“We want to make these shows the best night of our audience’s life. They’re coming to see us as we are and there’s nothing else. There’s a lot of pressure to make it a good night, but if we be ourselves then we’ll be alright!”

    Alternative Rock

Meeting at school in 2012, and assuming their current line up in 2016, INHALER is a Dublin four-piece rock and roll band. Finally finished school in Summer 2018, the guys spent their time writing and rehearsing and gigging around Ireland, with occasional slots in the UK.

Their debut single ‘I Want You’ is included on the 2017 “This Is Garageland – Volume 1”, an album showcasing up and coming Irish acts, while Hot Press magazine featured INHALER in their “Hot for 2018” lost.

Having completed the Leaving Certificate in June 2018, they continue to fine-tune their live set, and focus on recording and releasing a growing repertoire of their own material.  They featured in the line-up for their first festivals (Indiependence and EP) in 2018, and sold out their first headliner in Whelan’s Dublin on Sept 8th. In the final part of 2018, they have supported The Sherlocks, Blossoms, The Coronas, Picturehouse and toured with The Academic.

    APRE

    Electronic Pop

That rare new band who seem to arrive self-contained, fully-formed, and seemingly ready for anything, APRE are already showing a keen ear for fearless pop songs which also speak of life's bigger hopes and fears.

Drawing equal influence from the confessional tones of Bon Iver and Foals as red-blooded 80s pinups like Tears For Fears and ABC, APRE first met in the unlikely musical haven of Ealing Chess Club. They were introduced through the owner Sue, who let the pair use the back room of the club to start self-producing their songs and rehearse their creations live. The first results, 'The Movement Of Time' EP, proved an immediate checkmate, twisting those most private moments into widescreen, alternative pop. Its followup - 'Drum Machines Killed Music' - began life as one of the boys’ dissertation title, but now acts as a movement of time into the next phase of APRE (discussing the changes in music through the developing use of drum machines). Nodding to the past, present and brightly forecast future, APRE's quickly-identifiable sound is matched by a keen eye for arresting, slightly surreal visuals (from the early artwork to their instantly-identifiable red jackets). Watch this one.
