Jazz guitarist Julian Lage has played with such renowned artists as Carlos Santana, Pat Metheny and Kenny Werne, among others, resulting in him being the subject of the 1997 Academy Award-nominated documentary film Jules at Eight

Touching on bluegrass, folk, jazz, and classic pop influences across his body of work, his 2016 trio album Archlight was produced by Grammy-winning guitarist/songwriter Jesse Harris, and his trio returned this year which his latest record Modern Lore.

Joining him on the bill are London based quartet Ill Considered, whose deep grooves and plaintive melodies enjoyed a breakthrough year in 2017, with Gilles Peterson one of their most high profile advocates.
