KBB’s last album Death Valley Paradise for Mascot Records, which included as many as five A-list belting singles on Planet Rock radio, cemented the band as a festival headliner with a powerful modern rock sound that could go round for round with any current US rock or metal band.
After an almost-unbelievable career change from pro-MMA fighter to professional musician, Barras cut his teeth in the international blues rock scene before naturally gravitating to the heavier sound that has pleased so many crowds from tens of thousands at Download Festival to the Royal Albert Hall supporting Black Stone Cherry or Wembley Arena supporting Thunder.
KBB teased a new album in 2024 that may well coincide with this tour when Kris announced the band had signed a long-term recording agreement with legendary independent rock label Earache Records, who in the last 18 months alone have scored five top UK albums, the latest of which was ragga-metal pioneers Skindred’s close battle for the number 1 spot.
Joining Kris in KBB are long-time collaborator Josiah J Manning on guitar, Billy Hammett on drums and latest member Frazer Kerslake on bass. All native sons of Devon, KBB launch this tour with a special launch-party at The Foundry in his hometown of Torquay, then making their way around the country via Southampton, Wolverhampton, Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle, Nottingham and finally London.
With support bands to be announced.
