KOKO is keen to promote equality of opportunity for people with disabilities and to take the necessary steps to meet their requirements. If you have accessibility requirements and wish to attend a KOKO show, first buy an accessible ticket through KOKO’s ticketing channel (linked on the individual event), then contact KOKO prior to the show so that they can ensure they can provide you with all necessary requirements. Sadly, if this option is not available on the event page, they have filled the venue allocation of this area.
Accessibility tickets are only purchasable through the KOKO website and once these tickets have been sold, KOKO cannot accept any further accessibility requests.
If you require Accessibility tickets and these are no longer available, please do not purchase a GA ticket and expect to be accommodated as these will be refused. This is a strict policy to make sure the venue is safe for all customers.
Once you have bought your ticket please email the following address access@koko.uk.com with a list of all your requirements for the show. (ie. Wheelchair space, seating, queue jump etc).
Important note: if you are coming with a Carer/Personal Assistant, do not buy an extra ticket. The Accessibility ticket comes with a free Carer/PA pass.
