• The entrance to the Auditorium is level with the foyer. There are shallow steps with a handrail to all rows except for Row E.

• There are spaces for four (4) wheelchair users in row E.

• There are 20 seats in Row E which are reserved for customers requiring step free access

• Row E seats and wheelchair spaces are only available by contacting our Box Office on 01708 443333 or mailing boxoffice@queens-theatre.co.uk

• The height of the seats are 17inch or 430 mm and the width of the chairs are 18.5 inch or 460mm between the armrest.

If you identify as disabled or if you have any access seating requirements* we can offer you a ticket at a discounted price**. Please let the box office assistant know when booking, or if you prefer to book online then select the Access price type.

It is not possible to book a space for a wheelchair user online so please contact the Box Office to make this booking for you. You will also be allocated a free Companion Ticket. 

Assistance animals are welcome to join you in the theatre. If you need your assistance animal to stay with you during a performance you need to inform us when booking, as we have limited spaces.

There’s a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the café foyer.

There is a ceiling hoist in this toilet, sling is not provided.

• Female and baby changing toilets

There are stairs and an accessible lift down to the lower area, where there are female and baby changing facilities.

• Male toilets

There are stairs down to the lower area, where there are male toilets
