PLEASE NOTE:

  • This is a seated event and sold as General admission in pairs – NO STANDING OR DANCING
  • ACCESS TICKETS ARE NOW SOLD OUT
  • Movement between seats is strictly prohibited
  • You must remain in the bubble you arrive in
  • Food and drink must be ordered prior to 10pm and finished by the end of the event
  • Face Coverings to be worn AT ALL TIMES unless seated
  • Social distancing must be maintained in line with UK Government Guidance

Boiler Shop has taken the following steps to ensure the comfort and safety for all:
  • A Risk assessment carried out and shared with all stake holders
  • All events are running at a reduced capacity
  • The Venue has been deep cleaned and is well ventilated
  • A rigorous cleaning schedule implemented for all events and day to day operations
  • All staff undergo a reinduction process and training on Covid Secure measures
  • Additional staffing onsite to assist with smooth entry to the venue and assistance to your area
  • Introduced a Boiler Shop QR barcode for Track and trace alongside the NHS app
  • Staggered entry times for guests in order to maintain social distancing outside the venue
  • Hand Sanitiser is available in all areas for our staff and at the Entry/Exit points for guests
  • We encourage all of our guests to practice regular hand washing techniques and follow the onsite guidance and staff instructions
  • All Payments within the venue are contactless and Table / area service will be in operation
  • Additional visual aids are in place displaying covid-19 messages
  • Merchandise will close once the main act goes onstage

This event is 14 and over. Any Ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 14 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Covid -19 Admission
Admission to the venue is subject to the following conditions:
• A Valid ticket must have been obtained and contact details available for track and trace
• You are the person named on the ticket and who’s details we hold
• You are the correct age for the event and will have identification if asked for
• You agree to the venue procedures in place that protect staff, guests and artists
• Failure to adhere to the venue guidelines or admission policy will result in guests not being admitted into the venue or asked to leave the event with no refund.
• Track and trace will be in operation, any information will be held on the Venues QR scanner database for 21 days and given to NHS if required to do so. The NHS barcode will also be available for use for those who have the app.
• Should an event be cancelled or rescheduled due to a change in restrictions then your ticket will be valid for a future performance.
• These conditions are in addition to Boiler Shops and Ticket webs standard terms and conditions which can be found at: https://www.ticketweb.uk/aboutus/purchase-policy.html
• The promoter and/or Boiler Shop operator reserves the right to refuse admission, conduct security searches and make changes to the programme/event if rendered necessary by possible cause.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged, or monies refunded. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and time of any re-arranged event.
• The ticket holder is strictly prohibited from bringing backpacks, holdalls, luggage and computer bags. Patrons will be refused entry.
• The ticket holder is strictly prohibited from bringing cameras, video recorders, iPads and Tablets and any other form of recording equipment.
• However some shows do permit the use of small digital cameras, no detachable lenses.
• The ticket holder is strictly prohibited from bringing any glass, bottles or cans into the venue for health and safety purposes.
• The re-selling of tickets for commercial gain or profit except by the Boiler Shop, Ticketweb or one of its agents is not permitted and the ticket will become void with the holder being refused entry or ejected.
• Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee 100% view of the event.
• Ticket holders are strictly prohibited from bringing into Boiler Shop any food or beverages.
• All entry constitutes consent to search.
