MEGAN BRANWEN is a singer, songwriter who draws influence from many musical worlds. She strives to use an original approach to songwriting, merging poetic lyrics, improvisation and imaginative melodies.

A love for strong and emotive melody is at the heart of all of her compositions as she explores new ways of storytelling through song. Bringing with her a band made up of some of the London Jazz scene's finest musicians, this performance will be showcasing new music from her debut EP 'Tigerlily Sky'.

HOWL QUARTET are a two saxophone led jazz quartet that write original melodies over standard chord progressions. Taking inspiration from the contrafact writing of Lee Konitz and Warne Marsh, Howl Quartet look to create beautiful and surprising pathways through traditional harmony.

Comprising of graduates of Royal Academy of Music and Royal Welsh College, Harry Brunt, Dan Smith, Pete Komor and Matt Parkinson have been performing regularly on the London scene for 3 years. They have been writing collectively since the beginning of 2018 with the shared ambition to dig deeper into the tradition of the music and to understand the strength of a 'line' in a more thorough way.
