2009. The band release the album  ‘A French Kiss in the Chaos. ‘Silence Is Talking’ is plucked from the album as the single and goes to #1 in the Indie Chart. A second single, ‘No Soap (in a Dirty War),’ released in October, rides high in the Indie Chart at #3. The band support Oasis on their final stadium tour and also tour with Kasabian and The Enemy.

The album debuts at number 13 in the UK Album Chart.

2015 (October). The release of the Noel Gallagher and Carl Barât endorsed albumMirrorsproduced by Dave Sanderson and Youth. The album enters the UK Top Twenty and garners great critical acclaim: “The Best Album of their career.” (NME) “‘Mirrors’ is a big career turnaround….the multi-genre mastery is magnificent.” (Daily Mirror), “The Rev’s Best.” (Classic Rock).Three singles are lifted from the album ‘Black Widow,’ Glassalfempty, ‘ and ‘Makin’ Babies.’  The band see out the year and the beginning of 2016 supporting Courteeners and The Libertines in Europe and on their Arena tour.

2017 (September) Sixth album ‘The Death of a King’ again produced by Dave Sanderson, crashes in at Number 11 on the UK Album Chart, narrowly missing out on the bands second top10. Jeremy Corbyn appears on stage with the band during the election campaign. Jon: “I introduced him on stage and we got 20,000 people singing his name to ‘Seven Nation Army’: “Oh, Je-re-my Cor-byn.” Everywhere he went afterwards they started singing it. People were saying it was a pivotal moment in the election.” The album was recorded in Thailand and Sheffield  and produced by Dave Sanderson.
