Artists, dancers, writers and scientists gather at the London Zoo to consider animal, human and artificial consciousness, language and cognition. Programmed in collaboration with Ian Cheng and Filipa Ramos. This evening is the first in a series of four events over a year, dedicated to interspecies research, inspired by the pioneering work of Lynn Margulis, Donna Haraway and Ursula Le Guin. The second event, which will take place in Autumn 2018, will address animal and bacterial friendship, co-evolution, art and love.
