Sevendust is an American alternative metal band from Atlanta, Georgia. Formed in 1994, the group went through multiple name changes before settling on the name Sevendust and releasing their debut album.
The original members of the band, Lajon Witherspoon, John Connolly, Clint Lowery, Vince Hornsby and Morgan Rose, came together in 1994 and worked constantly on their sound for a few years before releasing any material. In 1996 the band released the track “My Ruin” which was featured on videogame soundtrack, “More Kombat”.
The band’s heavy riffs and thrashing drum lines proved popular with fans and, after extensive touring to support the release of their debut album, “Sevendust”, in 1997, the album was finally certified gold despite only getting to 165 on the US Billboard chart.

Formed at the turn of the millennium, All That Remains, from Springfield, Massachusetts have a handful of studio albums to their name, together with a live CD/DVD and have managed sales of over a million units internationally.
ATR formed in 2000 and quickly wrote their debut album "Behind Silence and Solitude", which was later released on March 26th 2002 through Prosthetic Records. Featuring on the album were re-recordings of three demos from 1999, “Follow”, “Shading” and “Erase”. “This Darkened Heart” is the second studio album by the band and it was released on March 23rd 2004. It was produced by Adam Dutkiewicz, of Killswitch Engage.
