Glasswerk present the soul-influenced band from Liverpool fronted by Garry Christian.

Their self-titled 1987 debut album reached No 2 in the UK charts and sold more than a million copies, producing the hit single 'Ideal World', although The Christians are still best known for their subsequent hit 'Harvest for the World'.

After a four-year hiatus, The Christians reformed in 1999.
