Restaurant:
Our mezzanine restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.
 
If you require a carer to accompany you for the evening, we’ll deduct the cost of their seat from your bill at the end of the night. Please email the name of your carer and the event you’ve booked in advance of the show to info@thejazzcafelondon.com and we’ll take it from there.
 
 
Ground floor:
Our ground floor is wheelchair accessible, with a toilet on the same level.
 
If you require a carer to accompany you for the evening, please email their name and the event you’ve booked in advance of the show to info@thejazzcafelondon.com and we will add them to the guestlist.
 
If you have trouble standing for long periods, please let a member of staff know on arrival and we can provide a chair for you. We kindly ask that you arrive as early as you can so that we can secure you the best possible spot by the stage.
