A black comedy about sticking your head in a bucket to avoid drowning in misery.
A sparse gym in rural Donegal. Michael holds his breath and sticks his head under water, preparing to beat the world record after seven long years.
His coach Pat watches on, drinking can after can, as they wait for yer man from Guinness to arrive.
But when Pat’s daughter Grainne shows up hidden truths begin to surface, forcing three adults to confront the past, unsure if they’re able to swim towards the future.
FISH is a wistful and absurdly funny tale about overcoming grief, asking big questions, and finding lost pets.
