A night celebrating the richness and diversity of contemporary Canadian folk, we’re spotlighting three voices reshaping the genre.

“Abigail Lapell may be the best folk artist you haven’t yet discovered.”

Bringing her new album Anniversary to our stage, Lapell delivers powerhouse vocals and orchestral folk rooted in piano, harmonica and her signature fingerstyle guitar.

Joining her on stage is Steph Cameron, whose “gritty, raw, and graceful” sound brings a sharp, modern edge to timeless folk tradition, performing songs from her newly released album Blood Moon.

Rounding out the evening, Eliza Niemi offers a genre-blurring set of intimate songs that weave cello, voice, and experimental pop into something entirely her own.
