“We were spellbound.” - Dave Grohl / Foo Fighters
All The Way From Los Angeles, California
Black Sabbitch
-
For over a decade, Black Sabbitch have been selling out shows and wowing even the most difficult to please Sabbath worshipers, gaining a rabid fan base and the respect of critics, fans and musicians alike. They have become festival favorites, consistently performing with some of the world’s biggest acts, in a world seldom traveled by your typical “tribute” band. Black Sabbitch were hand-picked by Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne to open the inaugural Ozzfiesta and by Dave Grohl to play Cal Jam with Foo Fighters and Iggy Pop, after which the FooFighters shared photos of Black Sabbitch saying "we
were spellbound.” They have played multiple headlining sets at Psycho Las Vegas and The Maryland Doom Fest and most recently were chosen by Paul Stanley to play The 2022 Kiss Kruise. Nick Zinner of The Yeah Yeah Yeahs chose Black Sabbitch to headline his curated festival Bedrocktoberfest and legendary street artist Shepard Fairey had Black Sabbitch open his Black Sabbath retrospective, Never Say Die. Electroclash superstar Peaches recently sat in as lead vocalist with Black Sabbitch for a special two night run in Los Angeles.
"Finally Black Sabbitch took the stage and pretty much melted everyone's faces. The all-female Black Sabbath... were not only talented — nailing every note of the legendary group's familiar repertoire — but were captivating to an almost distracting level." - The LA Weekly“Those who seek the purest source of the one-of-a-kind Sabbath sound never walk away from a Sabbitch live show feeling like they settled for a dollar store version of the Birmingham four. Sabbitch offers an experience that even Ozzy and the boys couldn’t provide. After adding up Sabbitch’s raw musical talent, their ability to play the songs Sabbath were forced to raise to the rafters...the only label you could possibly hang on Black Sabbitch would have to be “undeniable.” - NEW TIMES Phoenix
"Black Sabbitch restores the swing and speeds (to the Sabbath catalogue) capturing the potency and intensity of the original Sabbath." - Times Union – Albany NY
“Don’t call Black Sabbitch a tribute. They are the female version of Black Sabbath. They bring a new
shine to old doom. Indeed, they rock the living hell out of Sabbath’s catalog.” - San Diego Reader -
Southampton's Toledo Steel have been conquering stages across the UK and Europe since 2011 with their own style of 80s influenced high energy heavy metal and have proved themselves to be one of the UK's leading forces in the New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal.
Following their two early EPs and their acclaimed debut album “No Quarter”, Toledo Steel’s latest album “Heading for the Fire” was released in 2021 through Dissonance Productions. The band are now writing and recording new music for their next album and are very excited to bring these new songs to live audiences.
Following their formation in 2011, Toledo Steel recorded a strong demo in 2012, but it was the release of their self-titled EP in 2013 that, along with countless gigs and festival appearances in the UK and Europe, pushed Toledo Steel into the spotlight and won over audiences, listeners and reviewers across the world. The band then entered the studio again to record their widely praised second EP “Zero Hour” which was independently released in March 2015.
Following “Zero Hour”, Toledo Steel spent the next two years performing further across Europe while continuing to write new material and in 2017, the song “Rock Nights” was released on the “British Steel” compilation album. The band then signed with Dissonance Productions and released their highly anticipated debut album “No Quarter” in May 2018. After a long year and a half of touring and writing, Toledo Steel entered the studio in 2020 to record their follow-up to “No Quarter” and at the same time re-released their two independent EPs in a single package as “The First Strike of Steel—The Early Years Anthology”.
Toledo Steel released their latest album “Heading for the Fire” in 2021 to rave reviews and continued to perform across the UK and Europe. The constant desire for progress has lead to new songs being introduced to shows and in 2024, the band have started the recording process once again as they work towards their next album.
