Bug Teeth
Bug Teeth started out in 2018 as the solo project of front-person PJ. Since the release of their ambient-pop debut EP, When All the World Has Gone to Bed, Bug Teeth has grown to a full band and shared bills with The Orielles, Melody’s Echo Chamber, English Teacher, deathcrash & bdrmm. They have also played at Latitude Festival, Live At Leeds: In The Park, Deershed Festival, This Must Be the Place, Wild Paths and Sound City (Ipswich), as well as receiving support from BBC Radio 1, Radio 6 Music, BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio.
Recent EP Lucky Me, Lucky Mud, available on vinyl via Come Play With Me Records and EMI North, transcends genre to experiment with electronic ambience, DnB breakbeats, soaring vocals and glittering dreampop, pulling literary references together with innumerable points of inspiration and their signature ethereality.
