Camille Rose is a versatile vocalist, story-teller and improviser who’s ascent into the London jazz scene is not to be missed! Her mellifluous tones, described as “the lovechild of Ella Fitzgerald and Amy Winehouse”, effortlessly blend traditional jazz sensibility with soulful inflection, drawing inspiration from an expanse of artists such as Billie Holiday, Jazzmeia Horn and Betty Carter.

 

Joined by swinging rhythm section; Alex Bryson (piano) Honey Boulton (guitar) and Asaph Tal (double bass), the Camille Rose quartet bring you a selection of favourite tunes from the American songbook, with a sprinkling of festive spirit for this December show!
