Jamie is a 23 year old singer/songwriter from just outside Glasgow.
He is an avid music fan and somewhat of an old soul on young shoulders, who would have, (at its height), fitted effortlessly in to the songwriting community of Laurel Canyon in LA, home to legendary songwriters such as Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Jackson Browne to name but a few.
Jamie started out playing drums, gradually moving on to guitars as his instrument of choice, bizarrely stumbling upon Paul McCartney in London, whilst trying out new instruments.
He delivers both soaring anthems and intimate ballads with feeling. Writing about what he knows - stories, memories passed down, and the hearfelt ever-changing moods and questions about life, love and hope.
This is an artist whose songs have the ability to become familiar friends, only growing stonger with time.
