Colm and Laura Keegan are an award-winning Irish musical duo
celebrated for their substantial contributions to the Celtic music scene
and their dedication to promoting Irish culture. Both highly
accomplished in their right, Colm and Laura bring a wealth of
experience from their individual careers to their collaborative efforts,
making them one of the most respected pairs in the genre.
Colm, a Dublin native, first gained prominence as a member of the
renowned group Celtic Thunder in 2012, a show he still works
alongside. Laura, equally talented, joined Celtic Thunder in 2011,
where her exquisite cello performances and vocal skills greatly
contributed to the ensemble's international acclaim.

Together, Colm and Laura have pursued successful solo careers and
have come together to create music that resonates deeply with
audiences worldwide. Their joint efforts have culminated in several
chart-topping albums that feature a blend of traditional Irish & Scottish
music and contemporary sounds. This unique musical fusion has led
them to become annual features at some of the biggest Irish and
Celtic festivals around the world, where they are celebrated for both
their performances and their role in keeping the Celtic tradition alive.
Beyond their music, Colm and Laura are committed to cultural
education and preservation through their ventures, such as Keegan
Celtic Tours, where Colm & Laura host bus tours across Ireland and
chartered cruises across Scotland, and CKTeaching.com, where Colm
pursues his other interests in teaching people about Irish culture from
around the world. These initiatives allow them to share their love of
Irish history and language through immersive bus tours in Ireland,
educational programs, and a weekly radio show on Celtic Music
Radio. Through these platforms, they extend their impact far beyond
the stage, enriching the global understanding of Irish heritage.
Colm and Laura's dedication to their craft and their heritage continue
to inspire new generations and affirm their status as pillars of the
Celtic music community.

Why do we have a restoration Levy?

Put very simply, our restoration levy is an additional charge added to your ticket price which is directly invested back into the venue. This money is used for critical maintenance, repairs, and preservation efforts to ensure the long-term sustainability of the building.

As the 3rd oldest church building in Glasgow, dating back to 1836, Saint Luke's requires ongoing care and special restoration to maintain its historic character and facilities. This levy will enable us to fund essential projects that will safeguard the venue's future as a vibrant hub for live music and community events.

If you would like to be kept up to date on progress with how we are using this fund then please follow us on social media @stlukesglasgow, and sign up to our mailing list where we will send out quarterly updates on the improvements that your donations are helping us make.
