    TANZANA (formerly La-Zuli): A 5-piece all-girl teenage alternative rock band from Glasgow. The band formed during late 2022 and in February were crowned winners of Battle of the Bands Lanarkshire 2023. Following gigs at Carlton Studios and Broadcast, TANZANA were invited to play Eden Festival’s main stage in June and later played The Bungalow and Room2. TANZANA’s influences are broad and wide, including bands like Fleetwood Mac, the Strokes, Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Buckley and Zero 7 (to name just a few). TANZANA are due to be recording their first single for release early 2024.

    Music

    Foreign2 are a 5-piece atmospheric, occasionally heavy and occasionally soft rock band, based in and around Ayrshire and the Greater Glasgow Area. The band consists of Charlotte on vocals, James on bass, Callum and Jake on guitar, and Sam on drums. We take influence from many types of musical artists, such as Portishead, Pixies, King Krule, and Mazzy Star. We formed in late 2021 and started playing gigs in summer of 2022. Since then we have gone on to play at venues like The Bungalow, Legends, Broadcast, Nice 'n' Sleazy, Mcchuills, King Tuts Wah Wah Hut, and soon to add The SWG3 to the line up. In June 2023, we decided to record some of the original songs we had been playing at gigs for the last year or so, and created our debut EP, No Pleasure, No Doubt, of which was fully released in October.
