DAYBREAKER TERMS & CONDITIONS
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any DAYBREAKER LLC event (the “Event”), I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and terms, including:
I grant DAYBREAKER rights to use my email from this transaction or RSVP to contact me about future events and/or share content, and to store my email and city of attendance for event invitations.
I certify that I am physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.
I understand participation involves risks of injury, disability, death, property loss, and other damages, including those caused by organizers, participants, venue conditions, equipment, and activity rules. I knowingly assume all risks and release DAYBREAKER from any claim, even if due to negligence, accepting full responsibility for my participation.
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, waive, release, and agree not to sue DAYBREAKER, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and venue owners/lessors for any claims arising from my participation, and agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any third-party claims.
DAYBREAKER may remove any person at its sole discretion.
I acknowledge my image, voice, likeness, and performance may be captured at the Event and used by DAYBREAKER and any DAYBREAKER sponsors or partners in any media, now or future, for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation. I grant DAYBREAKER perpetual, worldwide rights to edit, distribute, and own all such media, and release them from any related claims.
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
I agree DAYBREAKER is not liable for acts of God, weather, strikes, protests, government actions, or other causes beyond its control. Tickets are nonrefundable even if the Event is canceled, terminated early, or modified due to such causes. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.


Compliance with additional terms


Admission to this event is at all times subject to the promoter’s (Live Nation) and venue operator’s terms and conditions. Please ensure you read and accept these terms, in particular those relating to safety measures. The promoter and venue reserve the right to refuse admission to the event for failure to comply with such terms and you will not be entitled to a refund.
