The hip-hop DJ based in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo, knows no boundaries - he’s the 45 Wizard representing Japan.
DJ Koco aka SHIMOKITA has revolutionised the DJ play of 45s. He began his DJ style only playing 7" records (45s) in 2011. With his honed skills and selections as a vinyl digger as his weapon, his mixing style has been pursued to the ultimate point.
Having performed worldwide alongside legends DJ Scratch, Jazzy Jay and DJ Jazzy Jeff, he has also released numerous funk, soul, and disco mixes as part of the unit Funky Soul Brother with DJ Southpaw Chop.
Following an incredible sold-out show in our home last year, DJ Koco continues to spread his work and talent with his grand return to London.

DJ Yoda is a multi-award winning hip-hop DJ and producers headlining festivals and clubs around the world. No typical club DJ, his interest lie in finding fresh and unique ways to bring turntables out of the club and getting involved in bespoke collaborations. Working with classical composers to neuroscientists, brass bands to film directors, Dr Dre to Dame Evelyn Glennie, Banksy to Mark Ronson, BBC Radio 4 ti BFI, He reinvigorates his craft with wry invention and humourous intent.
