“Vortex Lates” is a new series of events taking place in our downstairs bar from 10:30-12am every Friday or Saturday. A new late-night jazz hang for Dalston where you can grab a drink and listen to some of the best improvised musicians from around the city. For only £6, check out exciting music from a revolving line-up of innovative performers digging into standards and new music alongside DJs spinning vinyl until the early hours. The Downstairs Living Room

‘11.02077’ is a project by the London-based, American songwriter and musician Nina Erickson. Joined by multi-instrumentalist Freddie Marson, Nina’s music portrays grief, city soundscapes and sleeping in bed. The duo is influenced by clouds, cars, fruits, birds and rivers and their synth layers, droney cellos and fragile vocals may remind you of lullabies and half-remembered dreams.
