FLORENCE BLACK [Planet Rock, Best New Band 2022] are a powerhouse Welsh rock trio—Tristan Thomas (vocals/guitar), Jordan Evans (bass), and Perry Davies (drums)—hailing from Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. Since the release of their debut album Weight of the World in 2021, which landed at #6 on the Official UK Rock and Metal Chart, the band has been touring relentlessly. They’ve played a sold-out arena tour across Germany and two stadium shows in Frankfurt with Böhse Onkelz (2022), toured with Steel Panther and Ugly Kid Joe (2022), and performed at Sweden Rock Festival, Hellfest (France), and Resurrection Festival (Spain) (2023). More recently, they hit Download Festival (2024), toured with Massive Wagons (2024), headlined Planet Rock’s Winter’s End Festival (2025), and supported Tremonti on their European tour (2025). Returning to Long Wave Recording Studio with Romesh Dodangoda, the band recorded their highly anticipated second album, Bed of Nails, released on February 2, 2024. The record debuted at #1 on the Official UK Albums Chart, with singles Start Again and Don’t Hold Me Down gaining heavy airplay on Planet Rock and BBC Radio 1’s Introducing Rock Show. Now, FLORENCE BLACK is gearing up for their biggest year yet, with a headline tour set for September 2025 and their third studio album on the horizon.

The Virginmarys are a British rock band known for their energetic and raw sound which
blends elements of punk, grunge, and alternative rock. Formed in Macclesfield, England, by
Ally Dickaty and Danny Dolan, the band initially gained prominence in 2013 with their debut
album "King of Conflict", which debuted #3 on the Billboard New Artist Alternative Chart
and #8 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart. They have brought their highly charged live
show extensively throughout the UK, Europe, USA, and Japan, supporting artists such as
Queens of the Stone Age, Shinedown, Slash and the Sisters Of Mercy.
Their music is characterised by powerful guitar riffs, vigorous drumming, and emotive, gritty
vocals, often featuring thought-provoking and passionate lyrics, tackling personal struggles
to social and political themes. Their sound, both melodic and aggressive, has a sense of
rebellion and sincerity that resonates with their audience. This combination of hard-hitting
music and meaningful lyrics has earned them a dedicated fan base and critical acclaim in the
rock music scene. 2024 will see the release of a brand new studio album supported by a full
UK & European headline tour.
