Fran McGillivray ( vocals & bass guitar ) and Mike Burke ( acoustic, electric & resonator guitars & vocals) are exciting and compelling performers and songwriters with a strong following on the roots music scene . Fran and Mike have spent many years honing their craft and have developed a unique take on roots music and an amazing empathy on stage. They have performed at many major festivals in Europe and the UK including Rotterdam, Cambridge and Shrewsbury, and have shared the bill with artists such as Bob Dylan, Bert Jansch, John Renbourne and Elvis Costello. They are regulars on the club and concert circuit, performing at venues ranging from Green Note to Ronnie Scott’s, and on BBC and local music radio shows.
