FRASER URQUHART: Fraser Urquhart is one of the UK's leading interpreters of the Great American Songbook, specialising in show tunes and song from the Swing-Era. He has regularly performed and toured with some of the best band-leaders and vocalists in the jazz world including: Gabrielle Stravelli, Stella Cole, Georgia Cecile, Martin Taylor, Pete Horsfall, Hetty Kate to name a few.
Tonight sees Fraser in a rare small-group-swing session playing songs by the most prolific of all composers in the history of American Popular Song: Irving Berlin. In Fraser's trio are long time collaborators: Lorenzo Morabito on bass and Will Arnold-Forster on guitar.
