On 29th March 2020 at Ironworks Venue, Inverness some of the best built bodies in Britain will gather to compete in the 2020 Highlands and Islands Classic Bodybuilding competition. Organised by Forge Gym, under the auspices of the IBFA, the contest will feature competitors from u-18 to over55 in Bodybuilding, Figure, Bikini and Fitness categories. 

Competitors will be judged on their symmetry, muscularity, definition and presentation, with the winners in each category being invited to compete at the IBFA British championships. 

Doors open 12 noon and the contest begins at 1230pm.
