Kevin Gildea was Ted Meaney in TV's Bridget and Eamonn and Fr Cave in TV's Fr Ted. He is a comedian, award-winning playwright, performer, TV Presence and book reviewer. Kevin is a writer/performer on RTE TV's satirical sketch show Irish Pictorial Weekly. 

He performs at all major Irish festivals...this year alone completing Kilkenomics, The Electric Picnic, The Vodafone Iveagh Gardens Festival. He has performed his stand-up all over the world - from Rome to Shanghai. He is an award winning writer, winning awards for his writing. He lives by the sea with his two cats - Timmy and FiscalHole. He was so funny last time we invite him back to Chester
