Mucky Weekender - Warm Up

  • Dub Pistols

    Big Beat

The ultimate comeback kings of the festival circuit.

Broke, signed, dropped, rebuilt. They’ve lived the full rock’n’roll rollercoaster and come back louder every time. From big-beat chaos and million-dollar US deals to blowing it all and starting again, Barry Ashworth and crew turned disaster into fuel.

Now the Dub Pistols are a reggae, breaks and jungle live machine, tearing up Glastonbury, Bestival and festivals across Europe with their bass-heavy party energy. They’ve worked with legends like The Specials, Horace Andy, Gregory Isaacs, Madness, Busta Rhymes and more, survived every wrong turn imaginable and still sell it out on pure word of mouth.

Outlaws, misfits, crowd favourites. Their story is now stamped into their own independent festival, a celebration of everything Dub Pistols stand for.

    Still standing. Still smashing it.
    Still the Dub Pistols.

  • Prince Fatty & Horseman

    Dub

A true pioneer of the modern reggae wave, Prince Fatty has redefined the sound for a new generation, blending roots, dub and soul with club-ready energy. His CV spans work with Lily Allen, Graham Coxon, Hollie Cook, and reggae legends including Little Roy and Dennis Alcapone, alongside remixes for Snoop Dogg and Cypress Hill.

From his Brighton studio, he’s crafted a signature sound that bridges classic Jamaican influence with a fresh, contemporary edge. Drawing on decades of crate-digging, studio craft and global influences, every set and production carries both authenticity and innovation in equal measure. His releases on labels like Mr Bongo and collaborations across the Acid Jazz and Ninja Tune worlds have cemented his reputation as one of the UK’s most distinctive producers.

Joined by the legendary Horseman on the mic, this is high-impact, feel-good reggae built for the room. From festival stages to packed clubs worldwide, their chemistry delivers big energy, deep bass and nonstop movement. Expect classic cuts, exclusive dubs and heavy rhythms, with a crowd locked in from the first drop to the final tune.

  • Kaya Fyah

    Jungle/Drum 'n' Bass

Kaya Fyah, a British, South African, Jamaican, UK-based vocalist and veteran of sound system culture. Raised in a Junglist household in North London, her musical journey spans Canada, South Africa, New York and Brighton.

Fyah’s introduction to the stage at 13 alongside the Congo Natty Family set the pace for her artistic journey. Blending singing, songwriting and MCing with classic 94 amen breaks, through to high-energy DnB rollers, she creates a soulful, weighty and transcendent experience that reflects her multicultural roots while raising the vibration of the dance.

Fyah’s rise continues with her latest album ‘1994 – Born In The Jungle’, backed by Congo Natty, Ed Solo, Demolition Man and Top Cat.

Fyah is more than a musician, a storyteller and true Junglist, driven by positive vibes and a shared love of the music.

For Kaya Fyah, Jungle is more than a genre, it’s a movement, built on one love, unity and energy on the dancefloor.

  • The Barefoot Bandit

    Dub

Fresh off a huge 2025 that featured main stage slots at Beautiful Days and Beat-Herder, The Barefoot Bandit are fast becoming one of the most exciting rising forces in the UK music scene. Their electrifying live show has been winning over crowds across the country and beyond, blending deep, bass-heavy dub, vibrant reggae, anthemic hooks, and world-music energy into a sound that’s unmistakably their own.

Hailing from the South-West, the band remains true to its roots whilst built on a foundation of diverse musical influences.  Their music crafts songs packed with towering brass lines, earth-shaking grooves, fearless rhythms, and conscious, razor-sharp lyricism whilst exploring everything from personal journeys to the wider human experience. Their debut album Hello Welcome (2022) turned heads nationwide, earning major support from Craig Charles (BBC Radio 6 Music), BBC Introducing, and reggae legend Sir David Rodigan (BBC Radio 1Xtra).

The Barefoot Bandit have made their mark on some of the UK’s biggest and most respected stages, including Glastonbury, Boardmasters, Boomtown Fair, Camp Bestival, Beautiful Days, Bearded Theory, and many more, while also performing at leading venues up and down the country. With growing momentum, they are now pushing further into Europe and taking their explosive live show to an expanding international audience.

With a rapidly growing fanbase and work underway on Album #2, The Barefoot Bandit are gearing up for their biggest year yet.

Keep your eyes on the stage and your feet ready to move – The Bandit are “the ones to watch”.

  • Soul 45 DJs

    Funky Breaks

“There’s nothing like the depth, detail and sonic impact of a good vinyl record,” say the SOUL 45 DJs, Mark James and Disgo Dan. They should know, having championed the 7” format in Southampton and across the south for over 10 years, bringing classic sounds to the forefront and putting vinyl back in the spotlight.

With a deep collection between them, their diverse sets have taken them to clubs in New York and Los Angeles, playing alongside Roy Ayers, Trojan Sound System, Soul II Soul, Trevor Nelson, Hot 8 Brass Band, Charli 2na, Norman Jay, Craig Charles, Don Letts and DJ Format.

Their mission remains simple, celebrating soul, funk, reggae and disco, from forgotten gems to stone cold classics. It’s an intimate dancefloor experience, driven by the warmth and richness of 45 r.p.m. vinyl, a custom-tailored night of music that stands apart from anything else in the city.
