Introducing ‘PorkPie', Scotland’s 9 piece Ska Behemoth, a music force of nature that have been tearing up stages the length and breadth of the country. Combining top quality dance along ska standards with well crafted originals from their recently acclaimed 2023 album 'Skandemic'. Their 2023 & 2024 UK & Ireland shows have sold out everywhere from the Legendary 100 Club in London to Manchester Academy, Queen’s Hall Edinburgh, to The Limelight in Belfast. Combining a DIY punk ethic and big band showmanship, they have been pleasing festival audiences across the UK from Stone Valley Festivals, Edinburgh's Hogmanay Street Party, Party at the Palace, Belladrum, Rewind Festivals, Solfest, Valefest and many more. Their recent single releases of 'Dog Fight' and 'Hands go Numb' have been played extensively on BBC 6 Music by Craig Charles and at the end of August they had an interview with the man himself as part of his 'Jar of Ska' feature promoting their album 'Skandemic'. PorkPie are the undisputed kings of backbeat excellence and with their legendary high octane, energy sapping performances and showmanship, they will leave you wanting more, more and some more!

Why do we have a restoration Levy?

Put very simply, our restoration levy is an additional charge added to your ticket price which is directly invested back into the venue. This money is used for critical maintenance, repairs, and preservation efforts to ensure the long-term sustainability of the building.

As the 3rd oldest church building in Glasgow, dating back to 1836, Saint Luke's requires ongoing care and special restoration to maintain its historic character and facilities. This levy will enable us to fund essential projects that will safeguard the venue's future as a vibrant hub for live music and community events.

If you would like to be kept up to date on progress with how we are using this fund then please follow us on social media @stlukesglasgow, and sign up to our mailing list where we will send out quarterly updates on the improvements that your donations are helping us make.
