Multi-talented musical artist, actress and producer RitaWilson has announced details of her forthcoming UK / EU tour taking place in November. The tour includes a headline show at EFG London Jazz Festival on November 14th alongside shows in Glasgow, Berlin, Hamburg and Amsterdam. 

The announcement comes ahead of the release of Rita’s forthcoming new album Sound of a Woman due for release on May 1st. The most visionary and revealing work to date in her ever-evolving musical cannon, forthcoming album Sound of a Woman was co-produced by Rita and nine-time Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb (Brandi Carlile, Chris Stapleton) and recorded at the historic RCA Studio A in Nashville. 

With Sound of a Woman, Rita explores the arc of a woman’s life as part unfiltered memoir, part nuanced observation of the world around her. The album moves beyond gender bounds and cuts to the raw truth of the human experience, while providing moments of catharsis, reflection, and unabashed joy along the way. A revelatory excavation of the self, Sound of a Woman bears a sonic depth that fully matches the scope of Wilson’s soul-baring songwriting.  

Rita Wilson is a multi-talented musical artist, actress and producer.
