This event is 14 and over. Any Ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 14 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Hmv Empire Coventry Covid 19 Entry Policy (Please read)

As a responsible venue operator and employer, we will be following all relevant and updated Government guidance and recommendations.

Although it is not possible to completely remove the risk presented by Covid 19 we
at the venue are committed to investing as much time as possible into mitigating the risks.

This policy summarises the controls and signposts and how relevant parties can play their part.

The following guidelines apply to all members of staff, artists and their crews and all ticket holders to events at the venue.

For entry into the facility, you will need to demonstrate your COVID-19 status by providing either:

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination both doses received at least 14 days before your arrival; or
Proof of a negative NHS COVID-19 Lateral Flow Device (LFD) taken within 48 hours of your arrival; or
Proof of natural immunity based upon a positive PCR test taken within 180 days of the performance (including 10 days self-isolation following the result).

This should be achieved via the NHS app and can be found via this link. Note this is not the track and trace app but will show your covid status as linked to your NHS records.

While it's no longer mandatory to wear face masks, we'd encourage you to be mindful of others and follow the recommendation and advice about personal responsibility to cover you face.

The Venue itself will have increased cleaning routines and we will make sure there is hand sanitiser around the place

If the artist requires, we will also have temperature checks on entry

Our staff will be wearing face coverings and we will be working hard to ensure that you, our staff and our teams behind the scenes have a safe and enjoyable experience,
