SHEA RAFFERTY: With two albums out (featuring cameos from the likes of Peter Buck of R.E.M. and Jonny Quinn of Snow Patrol fame), Shea Rafferty has become a well-respected artist within the UK Americana scene.
These previous releases have received great radio support from Absolute Country, CountryLine Radio, Iain Anderson at BBC Scotland, Ralph McLean at BBC Ulster as well as featuring on RTÉ Radio 1's Recommended List.
He’s performed sell out shows on some of the most iconic stages from Manchester Academy, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Oran Mor in Glasgow to London's The 100 Club, Omeara, Lafayette, The British Country Music Festival and even Nashville's Bluebird Cafe.
He closed 2024 supporting Ed Harcourt in London and opened 2025 supporting Joshua Hyslop as well as performing in a documentary screened at the AMA UK Music Week. The summer ahead sees Shea performing at both Together Again Festival in Cheshire and High Tide Festival in London. Shea’s third album, recently recorded with Ed Harcourt and mastered at Abbey Road, will be released in 2026.
