About

Norwegian guitarist Stian Larsen has for a number of years been recognized as an energetic and highly inventive improviser in the avant-garde music scene in Norway. The collaboration with the British reed player Colin Webster and percussionist Andrew Lisle is an exciting exploration of the electric guitar and interplay across musical borders.

After releasing two albums as a trio they invited bassist Ruth Goller into the studio to record their third album «Temple of Muses».

Webster and Lisle's energetic free jazz meets Larsen and Goller’s post-rock, noise guitars in an exciting interaction that is dynamic, playful and hard-hitting. The Album was released on New York label Relative Pitch on January 24th.
