Tokyo-born, New York-honed, Takuya Nakamura is a trumpeter, composer and producer who turns jazz, jungle and electronic music inside out.

A former student of jazz visionary George Russell, Nakamura first made his mark on 90s NYC’s underground, performing with Jojo Mayer’s Nerve and CocoRosie, and collaborating with legends like Quincy Jones and David Byrne.

For this rare UK show, Nakamura brings a full live band, transforming his trademark high-octane DJ sets into a live, improvisational adventure.

A live show with furious drum & bass breaks propelled by soaring trumpet, shimmering synths and electrifying interplay — a collision of jazz virtuosity and club energy.
