After a standout debut on our stage last year, Tanhai Collective return in full force.

The London-based six-piece have fast become one of the most exciting new voices in UK jazz, drawing from classic soul jazz, leftfield post-rock, and groove-heavy instrumental traditions.

Winners of the Emerging Artist Competition and praised for their explosive live shows, their 2024 EP In Lane cemented their sound.

Now back with new material ahead of their next release, Tanhai Collective continue to forge their own path — groove-led, melodic and unmistakably deep in the pocket.

Joining the line-up is rising South London trombonist and composer Christ-Stéphane Boizi, whose faith-driven music blends hard bop, gospel, and contemporary jazz, making him a standout talent on the UK jazz scene.
