After a momentous 2024 with sold out shows across UK and their native Australia, indie pop favourites The Rions return for headline shows across UK/Europe this November.
Starting 2025 with their decisive new single ‘Shut You Out’, the 4 best friends are riding a wave of success after their sophomore EP ‘Happiness In a Place It Shouldn’t Be’ hit #4 on the ARIA Top Australian Albums Charts and saw the band sell over 20,000 headline tickets last year.
The Rions made their international live show debut in Aotearoa / New Zealand early last year, before embarking on a UK/EU co-headline tour with Pacific Avenue in August, selling out iconic venues in London, Manchester and Leeds. This time they return for headline shows with the promise of new music and mass singalongs across Bournemouth, Cornwall, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, London and Amsterdam. From their early beginnings as high school classmates, Noah Blockley, Harley Wilson, Asher McLean, and Tom Partington have cemented their status as ‘ones to watch’ - going from winning triple j’s Unearthed High in 2021, to now having amassed over 50 million global streams across their catalogue. With an indie rock sensibility that draws from influences including Role Model, The Japanese House and Sam Fender, their infectious pop hooks are propelled by the unfiltered authenticity they bring to their lyrics.
