The Sunryse Sound are a 4-piece band, born out of friendships fostered in hazy basements and the (occasionally) peaceful Cypriot countryside. The band's auteur approach is highlighted by the varying points of view of each of its songwriters, and tied together by their juvenile musical obsessions

Playing music from their upcoming debut album release, The Sunryse Sound will exhibit an exaltation of live rock 'n roll - if all goes well.
Donny Phoenix
Fresh from an extended break in which he studied meditation, practiced mental health and saw to some outstanding legal issues - of which he has been completely and utterly EXONERATED - Donny Phoenix is back in the game and feeling better than ever.
Part of his ongoing 'Reflections in a Puddle: Records and Reminiscences with Donny Phoenix & Friends' Tour, Donny Phoenix will be stopping by the world famous Troubadour (Bob Dylan) to share tales of his storied life in song and spoken word formats for a rare live outing and special treat for his many adoring fans.
"It's great to be back in the game" says Donny, "you know they say love will always find a way and I really think they might be on to something."
Drawing from his vast back catalogue of righteous protest anthems, lovelorn piano ballads and wistful acoustic prayers for peace in our time Donny Phoenix is set to put the world to rights once and for all only on Thursday 30th July at The Troubadour, Earls Court.
