Once upon a time they were The Frozen Turkeys. Seeking escape from domesticity, 3 remnants of that mythical band found themselves in a rehearsal room - less studio, more refuge - a place to hide from domesticity and chew over ups, downers and their shared love of what they don’t hate. Melodies emerged like a phoenix rising from an ashtray - New songs, new noise, new line-up, new name - the old magic - The Turkeys.

Oscar Dunbar is a musician from London. His recordings are featured in the Apple TV series Servant and have received airplay on BBC 6music and RTÉ.
In July 2025 Love Is was released- the final single by Marianne Faithfull - co-written and performed by Oscar. After a 2 year hiatus Oscar released his new single Anytime on Feb 6th 2026.
