Toploader
Hailing from Eastbourne, Toploader (formed in 1997) are an English alternative rock band who have amassed album sales in the millions, aided by the infectious single “Dancing in the Moonlight”.
The Roov
Its all about the Disco, Soul and Rock & Roll! An exciting, up and coming band who grabbed the attention of Toploader and YBD Music Management, hailing from Lossiemouth! With over 100,000 plays in only 1 year and 17,000 fans on Spotify, they are on their way to the top!
The Side
The Side are based in Ross-shire in the Scottish Highlands and draw their influences from the likes of the Beatles, Ben Folds Five, Muse and Ocean Colour Scene.
Since forming in 2007, highlights for the band include supporting Bon Jovi at the 02 in London and playing festivals in Holland, France, Russia and Luxembourg, as well as closer to home at Belladrum, RockNess, Loopallu, Wickerman and XPONorth.
Mir
MIR are a 4 piece Rock'n'Roll band from the highlands of Scotland, brought together by Miriam Campbell to allow her songs to be performed live on stage.
MIR are certainly a band who must be seen live to fully appreciate the energy levels they present.
Effortlessly fusing Rock 'n' Roll, Americana, Country and Blues, they surely have invented Scotabilly as a genre.
Citrus Scene
Inverness’s most exciting young up and coming band. A 4 piece indie/alt band, although only recently formed they have already performed at a sell out gig supporting Park Circus at the Ironworks.
Citrus Scene have 2 demos on SoundCloud and have already hit 11000 views on one of them. They are currently working on an EP which will be performed for the first time at the Dancing In The Moonlight Music Event.
Columba
New for 2019 Columba are an indie rock ‘n’ roll band inspired by the rock sounds of the 1990s. The four piece band consists of frontman Colin Bunce and his brother Connor, together
with guitarist Michael Hogg and drummer Jordan Geddes. Still forging a sound together, Columba will be represented on the night by Colin, who will be performing a short and stripped back set of what is to come from Columba in 2019. With an already growing support, Columba promises to be one to watch for this year.
