Born and raised in Kansas, now thriving in London. Will Brown’s music journey is a
testament to passion, perseverance, and purpose. Rooted in the gospel music traditions of his family, his talent shone early, with his first solo performance at age seven captivating his church community.
Will’s sound, while steeped in his gospel upbringing, transcends genres. Inspired by icons like Whitney Houston, Brandy, and Sam Smith, he took a bold leap of faith, pivoting to pop music. His defining moment came during an impromptu performance with Jackson Browne in Santa Monica—an experience that solidified his belief in his calling.
The forthcoming EP, Welcome to BrownsVille, is the next chapter in his story giving sound and vision to the resilience, self-discovery, and triumph over adversity that have been at the heart of his earlier work. Brownsville isn’t just a place, it's a state of mind. A sanctuary where scars become stories, heartbreak makes room for hope, and redemption isn’t just possible, it’s inevitable. This EP moves like a journey from the weight of the past to the clarity of the present, and into
a future that feels wide open. Each track flows into the next, building a world you can step inside, and maybe even find a piece of yourself in.
