Global psych rockers Yīn Yīn are on top of the world with their upcoming London shows and the release of their 3rd album.
The band’s largely instrumental sound combines warm and tapey-sounding psychedelic disco, fat global funk, electronics and tribal experiments.
Hailing from Holland, Yīn Yīn have gradually shifted their sound towards the land of the rising sun: Japan.
Their 3rd album Mount Matsu, created with a unique set of instruments including vintage synthesizers and a traditional Chinese string instrument; the ‘Guzheng’, draws listener into unfamiliar oriental territories, and they now take to the stage in London’s EartH Hall.
