Fur), Alex Thomas ( John Cale, Anna Calvi ), Terry Edwards (PJ
Harvey, Nick Cave) David Rhodes ( Kate Bush, Peter Gabriel) and the
veteran pedal steel guitar player BJ Cole ( Beck, Spiritualized).
The first track released from the album ‘Affection’ speaks of the healing
power of sound. As Radevska explains: “The same applies to natural
sounds; for example the susurration of trees, the roar of waves, or even
random and playful patterns of birdsong. These can act like a panacea
to the soul.”
‘Affection’ channels Jova’s beguiling voice into a delicate balance
where vulnerability and strength coexist:
“I hear perfection the further the numbers go, I never knew an affection
like this could exist."
